Brand new FMG building

Skilled workmanship and excellent project management were required to build the largest commercial office space in Palmerston North since the late 80’s. Humphries Construction and Humphries Developments Ltd are proud to have managed this $20 million landmark steel portal beam and frame structure construction. Built to an IL3 -130% of National Building Standards (NBS code), this build included installing piles down to 18 metres, a basement, inground carpark, office space, and onsite cafe.
