Big Chill

This purpose-built industrial premise was designed for coolness. Accommodating large scale storage and distribution of chilled products the design required consideration of space for manoeuvring and parking large vehicles. Additionally, residual land was earmarked for future development. This project was extended to supply plant & equipment.
